Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Females That Smoke, we strive to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction so we are here to assist you through any issues you may encounter! Please review our Return/Refund Policy to meet the criteria that we require for all returns and refunds.


All returns must be dated within twenty one (21) from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labeling in tact or attached. Please consult with our customer service team if you are unsure!

Return Process

To return your item, contact customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code. After receiving the RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please be advised, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a parcel service that offers tracking to ensure your items reaches us.


After receiving the returned item(s) an inspection of the the new and unused items will occur before any refund is disbursed. Please allow at least twenty eight (28) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your credit institution. An email will be sent to finalize the return/refund once everything has been processed.


For defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service department below to arrange a refund.

  • A $12.95 USD restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
  • Sale/Discounted Items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
